The staff provided really good service! they always went out of their way to assist. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. It remained consistent daily, yet there were ample choices to diversify each meal. the proximity to public transport and local shops was convenient.
The lack of a proper iron in the room was inconvenient. I needed to iron my shirts, but the available one was damaged. i would have expected the hotel to provide a functional iron. A small investment would greatly improve guest satisfaction.

The hotel is very centrally located. It provides very easy access to the city's main attractions. many restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores surround the premises, and the subway station is a short walk away, ensuring convenient access.

The breakfast service was AMAZING!!! A wide array of options were offered. the breakfast staff was attentive, ensuring that all items were fresh and well-stocked. i also got very good support on request from the reception team.

the location was really convenient for getting around, and the breakfast was good (especially the boiled eggs).
I ended up in a basement room, which i knew had no window, but i didn't realize how bad the ventilation would be. all my clothes got a bit damp and smelly. also, they didn't have a decent iron. The one they had was already burnt, so i couldn't iron my shirts for my meetings.

i checked in early, and the staff immediately allowed me to my room since it was available.. i was charmed by this gesture. the beds were comfy. i stored my baggage after checkout to explore the surroundings.
the room was a bit dark given the absence of a window.
